Our History

  • Liberty Pure Solutions served its first customer in 1988. We are not in a rush to be the biggest, but our goal from the day we opened our doors was always to be the best! Our loyalty will always remain with our valued customers and we take every opportunity to ensure that we service them in the highest quality possible.  We operate our business by "The Golden Rule".

  • We recently celebrated the opportunity to serve over 5,000 residential customers nationwide. We are also privileged to serve commercial businesses such as restaurants, manufacturing facilities, laboratories, hospitals, apartment complexes, and many state and federal facilities.

  • Our mission is to help people to help themselves in their daily lives and work by refining the water they drink.  We also are determined to do our part to lessen the amount of toxins and diseases causing such illness both to men and women worldwide as well as to the earth itself.  We work hardest to try and preserve the natural purity of the water and everything it touches and effects, and the satisfaction of a job well done is made even better by the knowledge that through our services, we have saved another family’s life and health each time we make an install.

  • Liberty Pure Solutions manufactures custom-built equipment, from residential systems for the individual homeowner, to large 70-million-gallon-per-day desalination plants for the federal government, and everything in between.

    Why Water Systems?

Since LPS was founded in 1988, the need for purer, cleaner water has only expanded into even more of an emergency than it was twenty years ago. Chemicals and contaminants such as MTBE (a nationally common concern and threat) can break out at any given moment.  If you don't have the protection offered by a quality water purification system, it's more than likely that those water-borne contaminants will be ingested.
There are other effects of impure water.

    •     First, untreated water carries lots of bacteria that require a system for total removal.  Those bacteria generally run along the lines of cholera, fecal coliform, and typhus fever.  And they're not alone-virus outbreaks like influenza are commonly linked back to just one home where the water was not clean enough to drink.
    •     Plus, there's the aesthetics like iron, chlorine, sulfur, and manganese that cause your drinking and bathing water to exhibit what we like to call the 'werewolf effect'-we're talking color changes the likes of which you can't imagine drinking, and odors that smell more like a toxic landfill than something that came out of your kitchen faucet!  It goes without saying that these substances make the water taste terrible.  More seriously, your water can dissolve much heavier and damaging metals; zinc, copper, and even mercury enter the water supply every day as industrial waste.  These chemicals, when ingested, can be very unhealthy, usually causing the most damage, in children, to the central nervous system.
    •    Unfiltered water can be full of nitrates.  This usually stems from runoff in rural areas, where a large amount of rain caused an even larger amount of nitrogen-based fertilizers to flow out of some farmer's cornfield, over a lot of dirt, filthy streets, and down into the water supply.  That sounds bad enough in the first place when you think about the fact that fertilizer is essentially just chopped up animal excrement.  But there's a more serious cost; nitrates in drinking water are notorious for damaging the oxygen-carrying capacity of human blood in babies.  This links it irrefutably to 'blue baby' syndrome, and high incidents of miscarriages, in areas where this is a common problem.
    •     Also, there's a large amount of dissolved radiation found in unfiltered water, and trust us, this isn't the type of radiation that can give you Spidey-powers...this is the type that can give you cancer.  It's also a lot more dangerous than any other water-borne substance; not only is radiation extremely damaging if ingested, but also if it's inhaled.  This means every time you take a shower and breathe in the steam, you're sucking in a mouthful of toxins comparable to the contents of cigarette smoke.
    •     Then you've got the VOCs, or Volatile Organic Compounds.  Those three little letters sound innocent enough, but these are the compounds with those ridiculously long names that, in high concentrations, can cause extreme organ damage and even cancer in humans.  Though most public water supplies are pretty well protected against the big doses of these, after drinking water containing even a little bit of petroleum distillate benzene for twenty, thirty years...well, you're going to want to start checking your heart and liver for Grand Canyon-sized holes.
    •     Impure water also makes it difficult to clean things.  This is, of course, to be expected; how can you clean something (or somebody!) with water that's filthy in the first place?  Using unfiltered water to wash clothes means using about twice the soap that's really necessary to get the clothes nice and clean, and it means wearing the fabric out much faster, as well.  So really you'll be paying more in the long run to fix the clothes or replace them, rather than simply saving money to wash them in clean water gently, so they'll last longer and stay fresher!
    •     Hardness in the water can even make soap difficult to rinse off of your skin.  Since the water is not conditioned (it's 'hard' water; filled with dissolved solids that make the water almost impossible to use), the chemicals and toxins inside it mix with the soap you lather on in the shower and sink into your skin all together.  This can cause painful rashes and unattractive blemishes that nobody wants, as well as just feeling uncomfortable and, well, dirty.
So you can see for yourself that there are a ton of very frightening secrets lurking in unfiltered water.  These hidden dangers can cause severe health problems for yourself, your budget, your family and friends, and even your pets.  The only way to stay safe from these dangers is to either invest in purifying your water, or have to pay much, much more money in cleaning up after its attacks! Alternatively, you can do even further damage to our earth than it's already suffered in landfills full of plastic bottles and tanks.
